spacious

If you fancy the idea of camping but the thought of putting up a tent and having to take it down [ especially when its wet], or having to sleep on the ground has put you off, then look no further!
The Hobbit is superb and the perfect answer if you are into comfy camping!
It is fully insulated, comfortable, dry and warm in the winter .The double glazed windows and doors offer excellent ventilation on those hot summer days. Curtains and blinds and lockable doors add to your privacy. To the front we have now built decking [not in photo]. We give you a huge plot, enough room to Park and BBQ
There are two single mattresses and one double which are dense and extremely comfortable. Inside you will find plenty of plug sockets for charging your laptop, mobile phone or drying your hair in privacy. There are three interior lights and one porch light as standard.
There is also an TV aerial point if you wish to bring a small television.
Included is a Kettle, small heater and ice box with ice packs . You have of course full access and use of our on site, luxury ammenities block, hair dryers, microwave, fridges and freezers, and water points which are all nearby.
Sorry No PETS, and Strictly NO COOKING or SMOKING in the Hobbit.
